Boy! Did we have a big day at the American Girl Bistro, celebrating
MR's 4
th birthday (a little early). MR and I started the day early at the AG store. We had to take "Julie" (
MR's American Girl) to the hair salon and get a new party dress. It was fun to see the ladies make Julie's tangled mess in two neat braids. Then MR picked her out a pretty pink party dress. While we waited for a few friends to show, Grammy and Granddaddy Bill showed up.
I tried to get a pic of MR and Julie early on, but she was too busy pouting.

Amelia and her mom showed up and we went to sit down at our table.

MR posing with Julie.

At the Bistro, they definitely make birthdays special. Ellie and her mom joined us as well. Each girl's doll got their own special chair and got a muffin. Then we got our food which was delicious.

Then came the special birthday cake! Boy was it cute! And all sang Happy Birthday!

Ellie had her own camera to take
MR's picture.

MR dug right in to the ice cream and cake!

But that spoon was getting in the way! So she put that thing down and dug in!

The girls did pose for a photo opp after lunch.

It was a great day!! I can't believe our little MR is turning 4 very soon!
Later on, MR had to change Julie in to her new tap dance outfit...so cute!
